Rewrites the Forgejo CI to the working multi-arch pattern (verified against the stl-hoarder template). Real runner labels (ubuntu-latest + linux-arm64, not brokkr), ci-bot/CI_BOT_TOKEN registry login, docker/* actions, multi-arch + manifest, plus gbrain-specific upstream latest-stable -> GBRAIN_REF pinning, :latest + : tags, push/PR/daily/manual triggers. Prereqs: CI_BOT_TOKEN available to this repo; arm64 runner (Eitri) online.

- runs-on: ubuntu-latest + [linux-arm64] (real labels, not the 'brokkr'
  placeholder) — matches the working sprite-gen-mcp / stl-hoarder build
- registry login as ci-bot with secret CI_BOT_TOKEN (was REGISTRY_USER/
  REGISTRY_TOKEN)
- docker/build-push-action@v5 + docker/login-action@v3 + docker/setup-
  buildx-action@v3 (dropped the docker:cli + docker.sock container hack)
- multi-arch: build-amd64 + build-arm64 + merge-manifest (imagetools)
- keeps gbrain specifics: resolve upstream latest-stable -> GBRAIN_REF
  build-arg (reproducible, pinned images), tags :latest + :<upstream-short>
  (+ per-arch), push on main/PR-validate/schedule/workflow_dispatch
Add prerequisite comment header (mirror stl-hoarder template)
